While 61.8% of academics in Turkey are male, 38.2% are female.

The number of male professors in universities in Turkey is more than 2 times the number of female professors.

There are 13 universities in Turkey that don’t have female professors on their staff.

What We Do?

The project aims to increase awareness about workplace bullying (gender-based inequality - mobbing) faced in the academic field by analyzing the current situation of universities.
